Turkey Bacon Sandwiches With Parmesan Sauce

I just thought this one up a few days ago. It takes about 8 minutes or less to make these!

You'll need:

Oven or Mesquite Turkey (Hillshire Farm Deli Select is the best)

Texas Toast Bread

1 TBSP. (real) Butter

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Real Bacon Bits (even better is real bacon)

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Put the bread on a foil lined cookie sheet

Top with turkey

Melt the butter in a saucepan

Whisk in the cream and parmesan cheese

Bubble till thick, about 2 minutes

Put sauce on top of turkey

Sprinkle bacon bits on top of sauce

Put under the broiler (500') until brown

It takes about 4-5 minutes

Smoked Ham and Egg Crockpot Sandwiches

6 Big Hoagie Buns, Cut in Half (12)

Hillshire Farms Deli Select Brown Sugar Baked Ham

8-10 Hardboiled Eggs, chopped

Miracle Whip

1 TBSP Liquid Smoke

Tinfoil

Shred ham and mix with eggs, miracle whip and smoke flavor. Put in the bun halves, and wrap in foil. Put them in the crockpot on low for at least 2 hours.

Your family will want these every day! (as long as they like ham and eggs)

McDonald's Big Mac

First introduced in 1968, The Big Mac is the world's most popular hamburger. If you're ever trapped in a flood or a blizzard, and can't get to a McDonald's, here's how you could make one at home.

Half of an extra Hamburger Bun
1/4 lb Ground Beef
dash of salt
1 TBSP Kraft Thousand Island Dressing
1 tsp finely diced onion
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1 slice American Cheese
2-3 dill pickle slices

With a serrated knife, cut the top off your extra bun, this will be your middle bun
Pl
ace the 3 bun halves on a griddle face down to toast. Set aside, keep pan hot
Divide hamburger meat in half, press into 2 thin patties that are a little larger than the bun
Cook patties 3 minutes on each side, salt lightly
Build the burger in the following stacking order from the bottom up:
Bottom Bun
1/2 Thousand Island
1/2 the Onion
1/2 of Lettuce
1 Slice Cheese
Beef Patty
Middle Bun
Thousand Island
Lettuce
Onion
Pickle
Beef Patty
Top Bun
